Kid's Party Host, DJ and Vocal Set Booking Terms and conditions
Deposit/Booking Fee and Balance Payments
Bookings must be paid in full in cash or card payment at the end of your completed event, at the latest. You will receive an invoice to the email address provided up to 7 days prior to the event. The only exclusion from this clause is where I have agreed, in writing, to take payment after the event by invoice; the invoice will show the full amount due. I request that all invoices are paid within 7 days.
Reasonable expenses incurred in obtaining payment from The Client where any payment due is late may also be charged.
I do not accept payments by cheque unless agreed in advance.
I accept deposit by BACS transfer or PayPal only, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the cost of booking you in and expenses paid to prepare your event, deposits/booking fees are non-refundable if the cancellation is made with less than 30 days notice. If you cancel your booking for any reason after this time you may lose your deposit. If you are forced to cancel your event due to external events beyond your control or any government national or localised lockdown, I will offer to re-book you in within one year from the date of your original booking, and I will carry over your existing deposit to your new booking. If you cannot reschedule your event, and the event is cancelled, the following charges will apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing:
i) Cancellation over 30 days prior to the Event Date: No Fee
ii) Cancellation made 15-30 days prior to the Event Date: 25% of Total Invoice
iii) Cancellation made 8-14 days prior to the Event Date: 50% of Total Invoice
iv) Cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the Event Date: 100% of Total Invoice
